From your area to your door

Four steps, and nothing hidden in between. Here is what each one actually does.

The four steps

1. Choose a store
Set your area with GPS or a pincode. You only see the shops and restaurants that actually deliver to you.
2. Add to cart
Groceries, medicines and restaurant food in one cart. Each shop's total stays separate, so nothing hides in the bill.
3. Place your order
Pick your address, see the whole bill line by line, then pay online by UPI or card — or choose cash on delivery.
4. Get it delivered
Follow the rider on a live map. At the door you read out the delivery OTP, and only then is the order marked delivered.

Setting your area is the first thing, not an afterthought: GPS or a typed pincode, either works. From then on the app only shows shops that deliver to that address — and the ones that do not reach you say so plainly instead of letting you fill a cart and fail at checkout. You can change the area any time.
One cart, several shops, separate totals: Groceries from the kirana store and dinner from a restaurant can sit in the same cart. Because they come from different shops, the cart splits the totals per shop so you can see exactly what each one costs. The full bill — item total, delivery, taxes, discount — is on screen before you place the order, never after.
Pay how you want, including cash: UPI or card through a payment gateway, or cash on delivery. COD is there from day one and we are not planning to take it away. If a payment does not go through, the order is not silently held — it fails, and you see why.
Tracking that does not go blank, and an OTP at the door: Once a shop accepts, you can follow the rider on a live map. If their signal drops, the last known position stays on screen rather than the map emptying out. At handover the rider asks you for a one-time code, and the order is marked delivered only after you give it — which is what stops a wrong flat, a wrong person, or a false “delivered” status.
